Amour Scents candle with jewelry review

Two of my favorite things all in one! Candles and Jewelry. I was given the chance to review this candle in exchange for an honest review.

I was lucky enough to get a free tea light candle with my purchase. They sent me Lavender!

This is what I got in my package. 17 oz White Tea & Ginger Candle and a small Jasmine Tea light candle. (no size labeled)

So first off I would like to start by saying that shipping on this item was rather quick seeing that it was shipped dead in the middle of the Christmas holiday. When I first got my candle I was so excited to get it lit and see what goody I had inside... It took everything I had not to just dig it right open lol.

So I took pictures every hour my candle was lit. It took 4 hours before I saw foil and two more hours before I could get the foil out with out messing up the candle. Here are progress pictures.

This next picture is at the four hour mark when I could finally see foil! Waiting on this candle to burn was like a little kid waiting for Santa to come. But I was a good girl and did not dig it up... even though I was so tempted!

I would like to add a little bit of information from the company about the candles:

The Amour Scent candles are 100% Soy. The cost of the candles is $24.99 US dollars. The jewelry inside the candle can either be a ring, pendant, or earrings. All of their settings are at least pure silver (.925) * I say at least because the more valuable pieces could be gold*. They are valued any where between $10-10,000. Any piece of jewelry from 1000-10,000 will not be included inside the candle but you will get a piece of paper with a prize code on it that you have to email to get your reward.

Here is an image from hour #4... I can See the Foil!!! By this time I am so excited and my living room smells divine!

 So the 6th hour is coming upon me and I am able to finally get the foil out. I took a pair of needle nose pliers and gently pulled the foil out!

I would suggest the use of paper towels because the foil is going to be waxy from the candle and you do not want to get that all over your table. I could already feel it was a ring!

So this is my ring! A pretty sapphire ring with diamond accents. I have not gotten it looked at so I do not know how much it is truly worth. It is stamped s925 on the inside of the ring. The size of the ring was not labeled however it fits on my middle finger ok and my pointer finger tightly so I am assuming it is an 8. I am glad that it fits. That would be my only complaint. I wish that when you created the account it would ask you for sizes then they could send you things based on your size. Other than that I love the surprise affect! My husband now has a go to gift for me, since he is always saying I am so hard to shop for!

All in all this candle is totally worth the 25$ just for the fact that the scent lasts and is very strong and the candle burns really slowly. I have had mine burning every day for at least 6 hours a day for the past 6 days. That is around 36 hours of burn time and it is only half way melted. Well worth the money with out the jewelry.
