The smell is really strong, but it is a good strong. The texture is nice too. I have only used it for a couple weeks... and like a dummy I forgot to take a before picture. However, I do notice them lightening. They are not gone yet, by far... however if I keep up this daily routine I am sure they will lighten so much I wont mind them there during bikini season. Now my opinion on the product: 

I think this moisturizer is wonderful! Unlike your ordinary retinol moisturizer Body Merry's blend does not leave that chalky dryness you get from other brands. I did not feel the heavy weight of cream on my face when I use it. It is light and absorbs quickly leaving my skin baby butt soft. Very happy with this product!
